We kindly ask that guests dress in black tie optional attire for the wedding. For men, a tuxedo or dark suit and tie is appropriate. Women are encouraged to wear floor-length gowns. We welcome everyone to go all out and dress to impress. This is a celebration, after all!

Your invitation will specify whether a plus-one has been reserved for you.

Shuttles will depart from Hotel Haya at 3:30 PM on the wedding day and return after the reception. Guests taking the shuttle may park and leave their cars in the lot across from Hotel Haya. Valet parking will be offered at the venue for those who choose to drive.

March in Florida is typically warm and pleasant, with daytime temperatures in the mid-70s to low 80s°F and cooler evenings. Expect lots of sunshine and mild humidity which is perfect for enjoying the outdoors!

Please arrive at the ceremony by 4:45pm, the ceremony will begin at 5:00pm sharp.
